  • Performance Driven gives the highest returns but also the highest risks. Dynamic Solution is the answer to those looking to use our interior design team and/or want to renovate an existing villa

  • ProMote is meant for those owners who prefer to take care of their villa by themselves and have their own staff but need help in promoting their property online. With the KIS plan we take care of all aspects of property management but we utilize the owner's staff or we select it for her/him and we remit costs. Finally with our Ultimate plan we take care of all aspect of property management including staff salaries.

  • Our Dynamic Solution formula is designed for this exact scope. You provide the villa, we take care of all renovation costs and rent out your villa at a percentage base fee that decreases as you achieve revenue targets.

  • Our interior design team will take care of the furnishing and with our dynamic solution you don’t need to spend a single rupee!

  • We remit all local taxes on your behalf and our tax team is always there to help to find the best solution based on your fiscal residency

  • You can always stay in your villa. We just need some advance notice that varies depending on the plan you choose.

  • We focus on both long and short term rentals. including all staff for your living in Bali. Furthermore, if you are a digital nomad or someone who lives in Bali part time we can also rent your villa short term while you are out of the island.
